Tobirama is 2nd best kage ever

Wow minato might be faster but how does that make him a better overall kage. He didn't create anything in Kohona to make it better. Tobirama came up with the academy, chunin exams, and anbu. There's a difference in tobirama and Tobi btw

Tobirama is also responsible for edo tensei which caused the deaths of both Hiruzen and roughly half the shinobi in the world...

Minato saved all of that from being crushed by the Nine Tails. I believe they're equal in that category. Besides, ANBU has proven that they're useless and nothing more than pumped up fodders.

well yes minato take care of the nine tails the strongest tailed beast + tobi at the same time and that's EPIC
well the best and strongets anbu were the ones of the pain invasion ( the ones that fighted the dog )

Tobirama was not the cause of all of this.

How can you blame people for other peoples actions? That is like saying since the Sage Of the Six Paths ended up creating the Uchihas that he is the fault for all of this. Lol.

Tobirama had Eternal Darkness, was the NUMBER ONE water user EVER. Created almost ALL orginizations in Konoha, was able to fight and live through many battles, and was able to sacrafice himself in order for the third, (who was said to have been the best ninja alive and was TRAINED by Tobirama), to live and become hokage.

Tobirama is one of the top kages ever and needs more face time. Especially since right now the arc is about HIS technique.
