Tobirama having FTG makes sense

There are several abilities, that have been invented by person A and that became famous because of person B.

Most people(except a few old people like Chiyo and those who are interested in forbidden techniques like Oro and Kabuto) knew Edo tensei, because of Orochimaru, yet Tobirama invented the technique.

FTG is made famous because of Minato, but Tobirama invented the technique.

Minato is not famous for Rasengan(Minato is the inventor), but Naruto made the technique more well known.

Oro improved Edo.
Minato improved FTG.
Naruto improved Rasengan.

Some were the inventors, and others made the techniques famous.


Tobirama having FTG is fine .

I agree, I think its fine especially since minato and tobirama have their own strength in that field. Minato has some support/defense versions of it, (Space Time Barrier), while Tobirama has offensive versions of it (Flying thunder God Slash)

Only difference is the 2nd knew about Edo Tensei the first time he was revived with it, so Orochimaru obviously didn't create it. But FTG on the other hand was implied to have been created by Minato until recent chapters show it was in fact created by Tobirama.

That is true, but I still dont find it a problem that Tobirama is the creator. He could have used it in a different way than Minato (without Kunais with seals). Minato's usesage by teleporting rapidly from kunai to kunai, is what made him famous.
But I get what you mean about the being implied part. Still the manga never actually said Minato was the creator and that left room for Tobirama being the creator.

You're right and I don't have much of a problem with him being the one who creates it I just could have swore it said originally it was the 4ths tech, like when Genma and Raido transport mei to the battlefield in chapter 530 something. I have a bigger problem with people now claiming Minato improved it from the 2nd's when his is clearly more restrictive on how it can be done and Minato needed the seals of another clan to use it. Tobiramas version appears from what we've been shown already of it to be able to transport him wherever he feels. Even somewhere he can't see like when they left the cave this last chapter he teleports directly to the Kage mountain, which makes Tobiramas teleportation better than Nightcrawler from the X-men's lol.

Most definitely agree , also how many shinobi actually know S/T ?? Not many so there's no reason that Tobirama shouldn't know FTG. Personally I think minato is his grandson.

I think and hope so too.
I expected it to be said during the edo kage meeting.
Even if Tobirama didnt know Minato is his grandson, than Minato probably knows Tobirama is his grand father, seeing he knows FTG.
Maybe it will be said a while later, when both perform FTG. Minato saying something like ''I am your grandson after all'' and than a nice smile .

He used it in this chapter when Hashi told him to prepare Hiaraishin and then everyone in the cave was transported outside.

The biggest problem is that if he can teleport any decent distance, then why didn't he do so against the Gold and Silver squad to escape (after luring them somewhere as a decoy)? Why didn't he teleport his team back to the village instead? Hopefully some limits will be put in place to explain this pretty big plot hole.

Yeah, I was wondering the exact same thing. I assumed it was because he could only teleport himself, but this chapter seems to state otherwise. As you said, hopefully this will come up again sometime.

tobirama said thet the improved version of his edo tensei also has a weakness go read that !

Minato did not improved FTG , Tobirma could slash in his FTG meaning he could kill a guy in one FTG , Minato had to make 2 ftg to kill and then FTG again

Tobirama could just use 10 ftg slash to kill an army , minato has to use 20-30 to kill them all

Ps. Still not see a tag seal to know how does tobirma use FTG and if he uses water marks to go there without kunai

Naruto improved rasengan ?

Ransengan is mini mini mini low level bijuu dama , how did he improved that ?

He got the power now to get his rasengan to the tue power that goes to that jutsu meaning the awesome bijuudama

If naruto can upgrade the bijuudama then you can said he improved something , because he only got the rasengan back to the origin form that minato wanted when he created the rasengan by looking at a bijuudama
