Tobirama is a Senju who have the chakra and strong will needed to become a sage. Tobirama also have intense water style like Gamabunta who show his water bullets against Shukaku.

how else would Tobirama know about this? it is obvioius he is a Toad Sage like Naruto Minato and JMan. When the edo hokage come up he will show perfect Toad Sage mastery and will help in the fight!
