It CLEARLY said that Tobirama got his ass whopped and the 2nd Raikage most likely jumped out the window to avoid a quick ass whoppin' cause he wasn't seen after Tobirama's ass got beat.

Tobirama was at near death after the attack but how did Tobirama get away? He could've killed gin and kin in a close battle. Until we know and if we get to know what happened I can't say either Tobirama or gin and kin.

They only stated that Tobirama got his ass severely beat and left for dead.
