Tobirama - Edo Tensei

As we already know Tobirama created the ET - so shouldn't he know how to break the ET like Madara has? Seems like he should've done it in Part 1 but we can ignore that fact.

Anyone have any reasoning as to why he wouldn't know how to break the ET?

Madara didn't bother to break out of ET either for ages until he absolutely needed to. Perhaps Tobirama didn't think that he would get mind controlled.

i was think this as well, though i can understand why he didn't do it the 1st time since he was fully under Orochimaru control, but this time hes not so whats stopping him?

Then again Madara and Itachi didn't break it straight away so maybe we will see him break in a chapter or 2

There must be a big role of Madara in inventing the jutsu or its idea. because the way tobirama spoke about Madara in the chapter 619, it seems there is a connection between the two.

That time both were in complete control of Orochimaru. They were made into killing machines like the Edo Nagato. He came back to senses when he was about to seal into the gourd by Itachi. The same way, the hokages came back to senses when their souls were being taken out of the Edo body by Hiruzen.
