Tobirama Did The Right Thing

Politcally speaking, and based on past events, I think Tobirama did the right thing by making the Uchiha segregate off. They were known to be *******s so they got the job to become the Police and shit. They couldn't be trusted. That's my take on it.

They were not segregated. They were given their own area that the clan could live in, but they were not kept out of the other areas of the village.
