Tobirama could be a Sage?

Penguin would be awesome but not fitting unless Tobirama has ice release. I would say a whale would be awesome too capable of very strong water torrent.

The penguin could help Tobirama use Ice release or something. And If Tobirama made a huge pool of water and got someone in it, a penguin could be summoned and mess em up.
