Tobirama could be a racist to the uchiha clan ? :(

The current Manga show that tobirama donot have not respect the uchiha clan.He treat them like sh.... .The uchiha clan were the people who conquer other clans for the senju clan technically to form konoha.The uchiha clan want peace that why they want to join senju clan,they even choose hashirama over Madara.
Tobirama did not like the uchiha clan ,he was around with hashirama when the uchiha clan and other clans join the senju clan.Hashirama said that he alway told tobirama to donot treat the uchiha clan bad in the past.When Tobirama become hokage ,he take the initiative to treat the uchiha clan badly by making them outcast and lower uchiha clan respect after madara was gone by making them police force.
