Tobirama and Naruto

Tobirama can rise his Chakra and have it be purposely sensed
Isn't that kind of what Naruto is doing that Sasuke and co can sense him?

Speaking of this cant the Hokages sense Naruto? Like Minato did, yet said or did nothing about it with the other Kages, they were more interested in Madara, which makes sense as Sasuke is interested in that.

Soon Naruto will be the topic and wonder what Sasukes reaction will be.

Regarding Naruto, I don´t think he has a clue about the power he unleashes xd (maybe)

Minato and Tobirama have sensor abilities, and that´s probably why they sensed the chakra first, although, like you said, Madara turns into the main subject in an instant.
