Due to the new chapter, many people are saying Tobirama is faster than Minato. I will say, Bullshit. Minato is faster on feet, which is Shushin. Their FTG speed is equal though. Just clarifying. There will be a lot of Tobirama bandwagoners

It's why he became my favourite character back in Part One; Suiton = my favourite element. Hype = Tobirama being best Suiton user.

I'd imagine Tobirama's speed/skill with FTG is better/faster than Minato's as he was able to utilise it via a Kage Bushin where Minato was not. It's only fair, given Tobirama created the technique.

It seems only Minato uses his with special kunai for more vercitle. We haven't seen Tobirama do such a thing yet.
