I dont know, but i think they have a connection, both know time and space jutsus and Flying thunder God techniques, and that would explain Minato's badassness when he was young and i think there is a little resemblance.

I think it all happened when Hashirama died, his son got depressed and Tobirama brought him to a place with blonde haired ninjas, partied and the son ended up getting Tsunade lol and Tobirama thought it was a fun place went back had some partying fun and had Minato LOL brought him to the village ass a baby then died lol
