Conditions: Tobirama has place a few (not alot) ftg kunai and both tobirama and minato have marked each other. Itachi eye sight is as good as it was in part one and nagato has placed piercings on itachi body to transfer chakra. Nagato gets all his feats as Edo and itachi speed alive (I dnt consider itachi Edo speed because during tht state he had infinite stamina which Is bogas) so both speed is a little over hebi sasuke in terms of movement but reflexes are as good as killer bee (as nagato was able to blitz them)

Space: a little higher then normal


Round 2: minato has his sage mode (not kcm) around the level of war arc Natuto (fanfic lol) tobirama has two edos. Itachi and nagato get thier speed feats in war so around kcm level of movement
