Tobirama and Minato have the same FTG technique

They both have the same technique. Only difference is that Minato took tobirama's technique and added the seal to kunai hence the FTG V2. Minato was also a little better at it than tobirama.

FTG V2 is just another way of saying "FTG Level 2", a made up name by Viz and the dubbed anime. "Ni no Dan" literally translates as a Second Step, not Version 2.

Apparently not. Many people missed the point and came to the conclusion that Tobirama's FTG is different and Minato's is far more superior.

Yes, that's what i meant with the kunai. Minato uses Kunai and throws them and teleports into them. Tobirama uses them with kunai but not in the same fashion as Minato. And not as frequently as well.

Minato took the jutsu and made some adjustments. But in the end it's the same jutsu. The formula bit you mentioned could be true. I'm not too sure about that.

If it wasn't understood when tobirama said multiple times that flying hiraishin is his jutsu, I don't think a thread will convince anyone lol its like saying naruto uses a different shadow clone technique than anyone else because there's 1000 instead of 5-10 lol

Tobirama gave props to Minato because he's had more time with it an Minato probably had seals around Konoha an other places an that's why he got to the battlefield faster..

Their seals are different because Tobirama wouldn't have to put a seal on anything if Minato has put a seal in said place already. They tagged each other with the seals meaning they are not the same..
