That would be nice, but Kisame needs the water dome to use that technique. Oil + Fire evaporates any water that Kisame spews out, along with Kisame himself.

Since knowledge is full, jiraiya's genjutsu is not going to work.
Iron sand is going to cause a lot of problem here. One single touch of iron sand can be dangerous because of the poision.
Kisame's ninjutsu absorbing shark bullets takes on anything jiraiya/tobirama has to throw.

i don't see how tobirama and jiraiya wins this.

It never required a water source, it was just used in one. There's no reason to why he can't use GSB without a water source either; he does have a massive amount of chakra..

WD didn't require a water source, but Kisame had no trouble using the technique and it's even bigger than GSB. [

] I see him having no trouble using GSB, even if a water source isn't required. Seeing as he's the best Suiton user in the manga.
