Tobirama and Izuna were rivals?

If Hashirama and Madara are rivals, wouldn't their younger brothers also be rivals? I always thought Tobirama and Izuna as rivals... What do you think?

Of course, they were uchiha and senju, they didn't require to fight to became rivals, they are by nature.

Izuna was already dead when the uchiha and Senju made a peace deal. So they couldn't be rivals, they didn't know each other.
