Overall I'd say Itachi and Tobirama medium difficulty.

Totsuka can take Tsunade, but Orochimaru only got hit by it because he was laughing that he was about to take Sasuke's body, he was caught off guard.

Orochimaru could take Tobirama's body...

Jman's dark swamp would stop Itachi if he was in susano'o (unless FTG is there to save him).

Totsuka could seal the frogs.

it will be a very tough match but i will go for sannins...! jiraya >=itachi and other two can make up for tobirama...! although it would be an interesting fight...! manga knowledge means ftg is known and also team work plays an important role but itachi and tobirama are both geniuses so difficult choice...!
