I'm going to go with EMS sasuke. Itachi can no longer fight on Sasuke's level, it's pretty much a non-factor Zzz.

No offence, but off of current manga feats and knowledge, EMS sasuke and BM naruto can both take on 2-3 KAge/S-class shinobi at a time.
Of course, that's subject to the actual shinobi in question.

What about Tobirama and A vs EMS Sasuke?
