Tobirama and Hiruzen takes this. They're both very smart and analytical, and with some Hiraishin Teamwork, they'll defeat Pain

The paths of Pein can win this, but it's a rather difficult battle.

Tobirama and Pein would be a close fight. Despite believing Pein is slightly stronger, Tobirama has the upperhand with his ftg slash where he can just assassinate the bodies.

Pein beats old version Hiruzen, but "Prime" Hiruzen could be quite different. Especially since the anime hinted that 17 year old Hiruzen surpassed Tobirama. That being said however, I will use old Hiruzen which Pein beats with mid difficulty.
