Tobirama and Edo Tensei

Does anyone else think that Tobirama created Edo Tensei to revive Izuna so Madara and Hashirama could regain friendship so they could create Konoha?

Good theory it's clear that he wanted to revive somebody but who is unclear also why his version was branded incomplete was maybe that he wasn't able to control the edos because who he was reviving might have not been viewed as a threat. He might have tried to revive his little brother

i think this is closer to the truth i don't think tobirama would of brought back Izuna he didn't like them they were mortal enemies only hashi had positive feelings for madara
