I think that Tobirama's ET is on part 1 Orochimaru's lvl ,becaue Tobirama didn't perfect ET he just created it

I doubt it. Pt. 1 Oro could still make his summonings strong, but he didn't for fear of Hashi and Tobirama escaping the jutsu.

Orochimaru can summon Hashirama as well...it doesn't matter though since the OP restricted ET.

OT: Sannin wreck if Jiraiya starts in SM. Kotoamatsukami from Danzo wouldn't work on Jiraiya since Ma or Pa can break him out. If he uses it on Oro, either Jiraiya or Tsunade could break him out. If he uses it on Tsunade, Katsuyu breaks her out. Baku summoning is taken down with Jiraiya's huge katons or with his Food Cart Destroyer. Danzo's fuutons have little use against Jiraiya's katons. Sannin can easily repeatedly kill Danzo for ten minutes. Jiraiya's sensing barrier and SM sensing/reflexes can counter FTG. Tsunade or Oro just tank Tobirama's attacks if he marks them with FTG. Danzo cannot catch them off guard with izanagi since Oro was the one who implanted the sharingan in Danzo's arm.

FTG is teleportation, though, how can Jiraiya counter that with sensing? Tobirama was said to be on Madara's level or past it. If he can't solo them, then technically Sannin > Madara.

Furthermore they are also bound to get marked by him since they literally haw no way of preventing themselves from tobiramas speed neuter do they have a jutsu with a large enough AOE to bypass FTG
