Okay, seriously? I've seen this pop up so many times it hurts.

Tobirama had just as much reason to dislike the Uchiha as Madara had to dislike the Senju. Out of the two, Madara is more evil every time. Tobirama did not intend to persecute the Uchiha. His emotions got the better of him, and his reasoning became flawed. Tobirama is not evil.

Unless you're the one that's been pushed to the outskirts of the village and discriminated against. This flashback shows that Madara isn't doing what he did because he was power hungry he did it because he know the Uchia would always be seen as second rate citizens and eventually killed off so he tried to stop it even if it meant he had to do it all on his on.
