Why would people say that? I have not seen him display any racist tendencies in the manga. Is he prejudice? Yes. Is he racist? No.

People keep using the word racist, but they do not know what it means. Allow me to clarify:

The Uchiha clan is NOT a race. Therefore Tobirama's disdain towards them, is NOT racism.

People who are saying that he is a racist are very mentally challenged... Those are the same people that have very poor grammar and therefore hindering their ability to comprehend... It is a damn shame that English is my Third language and I know the difference between Prejudice and racism.

Considering that Prejudice is one of the underlying basis of Racism - others being conservatism, stereotype, etc. I can truly understand where the inherent 'Trouble' in comprehension, hindrance, and basic understanding lies.
