I have a feeling that Tobi is orochimaru. Don't know how he's still alive but who is to say that he didn't make a body out of uchiha dna like yamato's was out of Hashirama. Or possibly he just transplanted the sharingan into the body. This can probably be disproved but I still believe he's Tobi.

This is incorrect, nothing even suggested this!. Please go read the manga again and focus on each and every encounter Kabuto and Tobi had together and you can figure the flaw here. Tobi wants to kill Kabuto and Kabuto was Oro's most trusted servant. Both Tobi and Kabuto are looking for the moment they can turn on the other. Kabuto did everything to be more like Oro and even going so far as to makes Oro's dream his own, why would he try to betray Tobi if Tobi was Oro. This theory is SO flawed, sorry! I will agree Oro is out there in some form or another but he is NOT Tobi!

No..... he or Madara is the person who knows everything. Sasuke will not meet Oro. He will meet the person who knows ethg... if you read it over a few times, you will see

Why can't he be oro? Basically up until oro was sealed, he was trying desperately to take sasuke's body so he could gain the sharingan. If he already had access to a sharingan, why wasnt he already using he? Why couldnt he get it transplanted into his eye like kakashi? Certainly if he had one he might want sasukes body because a uchiha body is probably best for the sharingan, but I'm pretty sure that he would have been using one himself already if he had access, and trying to obtain the sharingan abilities anyway.

The only like speck for evidence that tobi could be oro is he has regnerative abilities. I feel this is the only thing they even have in common. Looking it tobi's past and what has been revealed of him so far, I'd say theres 0% probability that he is orochimaru. That's just ridiculous. Tobi was around doing things while orochimaru was quite a bit younger, if not before oro was even born.

You should be eaten alive just for thinking Tobi was Orochimaru. First things first Tobi joined the Akatsuki while Oro was still around. Also Tobi knew Zetsu prior to his joining, Oro cant be Tobi
