note: madara refers to real madara, tobi refers masked man
1.He killed uchiha with itachi
2.He had collected many sharingan(shown in eye transplantation of ssuke)

5.Edo madara knows tobi(refers to the plan between them)

madara sparred with hashi 80(tobi narrates story to sasuke) years ago and and he knows nagato (he refers to a 'boy' when he is revived with edo tensei)whose age might be 40. so madara lived for 40 years after he supposedly died. In this time he might have gained gedo mazo and secrets of body transfer justu
I think nagato, kakashi,obito are of same age. when obito was crushed a part of madara soul might have passed into obitos body and repaired him with senju chakra and overtook him.

when tobi soul changed to another body kakashi might have got mangekyu which similarly sends objects into another space (similar to tobi)
