I was reading all of these Tobi theories floating around stating that he is Kagami and what not but I strongly doubt this. He does have some zetsu in him but you guys need to see that his Sharingan is always activated. That means it had to be transplanted somehow. Also, whenever he comes into contact with the Kyuubi, he immediately states him as Uchiha Madara. When he met Kisame after he killed his leader, the shadowy figure that appeared was clearly Madaras outline. The hair was very similar. But also, he was rapped almost entirely in bandages like Orochimaru is after he possesses a new body. I still think we're a long way away to finding out his true identity.
