Remember the room where Tobi transplant Itachi's Sharingan to Sasuke; the background is full of Sharingans. How did Tobi get those? I think Tobi has something to do with the killing of the Uchiha Clan. I believe that Tobi left out some important information when he is telling Sasuke about Itachi, so he can use him to destroy Konoha. Same when he used Nagato, but failed.
