I wouldn't know about that. Since they were face to face, he could've chose to warp Kabuto away. Tobi didn't have massive firepower but his S/T is still a pain to deal with and could get rid of most.

Do you know what Izanagi does? Hundreds of spare what? Eyes? An eye transplant in the middle of battle? Plus the Akatsuki members? And a Madara completely under his control? (Madara was unconscious so he could slip another talisman into him)

With Edo's, Kabuto could defeat current Tobi in my opinion. Plus, Tobi doesn't have 10 tails yet so Idk why people bring that up. Now if Tobi shows some more ninjutsu or gets the 10 tails in the next few chapters, I gotta put Tobi at the top, but not atm.

I meant right now as in Kabuto doesn't have anymore Edos and Tobi is resurrecting Juubi, we don't even know if Kabuto still has Sage Mode. But I understand where you're coming from.

I don't think he's gone just yet. He'll find himself, team up with Yamato and Anko to defeat Orochimaru in my opinion.
