I'm 90% sure that Naruto will convert Tobi (IF he is Obito in mind and body).

We will get sad flashbacks and Obito will understand his mistakes. He'll sacrifice himself or something like that. Maybe he will die together with Kakashi.

IMO,no. tobi isnt the type that easily be TNJ'd by people,he's the one who manipulated others like Nagato and sasuke. the way he talk,the way he acts,most likely no.
