hmm that s/t jutsu is something i dont see itachi beating

Tobi. he has no counter for the Kyuubi, and is nowhere near fast enough to counter tobi's space time.

plus, if he could have attacked tobi and got away with it, he had plenty of opportunity to do so. yet he cut a deal with tobi and attempted to get rid of him through sasuke. and even that failed.

Tobi, the only reason minato could beat him was because of how fast his ftg is, without that he would have lost...even without the kyuubi there, so i think itachi would be screwed
