Tobi + white zetsu army vs shinobi alliance

So lets say kabuto didn't lend Tobi his aid of superpowered, unkillable warriors. Would tobi be able to defeat the ninja alliance with just his jinchuriki paths (I know they are edos, but lets say he gets them), and his 100,000 zetsu army (with captain yamato powerup)?

2 scenarios:

1) Bee and naruto can't participate in the war

2) Bee and naruto join the fight after 1 day.

what would be the outcome?

Tobi would be defeated, he's already getting beat with Kabutos help. Without Kabuto he'd be the only real threat on the field. lol

Tobi is getting beaten even by help of kabuto, he don't even stand a chance without kabuto's help.

each alliance member can take atleast 20 zetsu, and there are like 50,000 alliance members.

but they will need the help of naruto as a sensor.

You guys are forgetting that in scenario 1, the alliance will not have naruto and bee's help, meaning after the first day of battle, the white zetsu will continue to slaughter people without anybody being able to tell who is who.

And since naruto and bee are there, Tobi will be fighting the alliance himself, and I don't see any of the divisions even standing a chance against him with his rinnegan, his full bijuu, and gedo mazo.
