My argument is there are very simple agreements by ninjas in the manga (Zetsu & Tobi) who know way more about Itachi's power vs Tobi's power than you who plainly claim Itachi can kill Tobi or is atleast stronger or is invincible in some form...Zetsu said it and even Tobi admitted Itachi could kill him.

Nowhere in the manga was it suggested that Tobi can kill Itachi it clear written words

Atleast we have proof of a substantial claim, all you have is opinions

Itachi beat Orochimaru because they are a bad match. Orochmaru is weak at repelling genjutsus. Otherwise Itachi is no where near his level in terms of experience, taijutsu, knowledge, and several self-created jutsus.

No. This means that his presence was inconvenient for me. The same goes with Obito and Itachi situation. Itachi was a freaking Konoha spy. It's obvious as hell that Obito was afraid of Itachi stabbing Akatsuki's back, giving out the organization's secrets and stuff like this.
This does NOT mean that he wanted to kill him - even if you were right and Obito was weaker than him, he would have simply ordered Nagato to kill Itachi. In other words, he would get rid of Itachi anyway if he wanted to do it.
