Tobi want to complete his moon eye plan, that's because Rin died and no one saved her, cause of Kakashi.

That's made Tobi angry also Obito, he wanted revenge against Konoha and use Kurama to attack the leaf, but was stopped by Minato.
I know this is riddiculous, but everyone has a opinion.

Obito could possibly want revenge because of Rin, he loved her very much and lost her.
