Tobi wants sasuke to awaken rinnegan

Tobi already has the Rinnegan. Why would he care if Sasuke awakens it or not?

If Sasuke awakens it, then it's likely he would become stronger than Tobi. Tobi wouldn't want this because he'd lose control of Sasuke.

I'm afraid I don't see the logic behind what you said.

He certainly seems pressed. I don't think Rinnegan or EMS are gonna stand against Naruto the way he is. So it's six and half a dozen what Sasuke does.

If Tobi really cared about Sasuke, he wouldn't be willing to let Kabuto have him after the war.

Wait, wasn't Hashirama and Madara 2 of the 6th paths. Nagato was the 3rd. So who are the rest? Naruto and Sasuke could be an option? Anyway, it isn't clear why he wants Sasuke entirely. We just know he is planning on syncing him with the statue. Then again, Tobi claims he can easily sync anyone else with the statue if not Sasuke. I don't get if that's the case then why choose someone as risky as Sasuke.

If anyone else awakens the rinnegan believe it will b naruto. He is an Uzumaki just like Nagato and he also comes from the senju clan (as stated by Tobi when he said that the Senju and Uchiha clans are destined to fight each other, referring to himself and the 1st hokage, and naruto and sasuke as the next destined battle between the clans) which is a direct bloodline of the sage of the 6 paths. So when you look at all of narutos ancestory the rinnegan has popped up more than once. I know visual powers are not his strong suit but in the beginning he didn't even have a strength, now look at naruto, anything is possible when it comes to him, and he will prolly need it to battle sasukes eternal mangekyo sharingan and his susano'o.
