my guess is tobi.

Because when kabuto first showed tobi the casket, if tobi felt he could be destroyed by madara he would have killed Kabuto there and then

Tobi didnt think he could be destroyed only damaged or weakened which would put him in a bad position for the war

Also, tobi knows the secrets how to stop edo-tensei as kabuto told him
