he has 6 bijuu , can go intangable and absorbs techniques , but only 1 at a time , he can use izanagi and summon gedo mezu , use 1 chakra chain at a time , and is quick , can transport and presumable MS , meaning you can have 2 answers , with 1 concidering amaterasu and tsukoyomi

Negato and 3rd Raikage.... Negato is the best Rinnegan user ever behind the SO6P and the 3rd Raikage is just a Tails Beast in a man body. Tobi with the tails beasts will be hard though.

i posted this thread because i thought tobi would win , but lots of ppl have different ideas to me... as i learnt in the mighty whos thread , is itachi in top 5 or not ....
i can see the 3rd being absorbed by kamui , and i can see nagato summoning gedo mezu , i dont know how strong it is conpared to 6 bijuu , but i see nagato winning and dieing from injury later

If i'm not mistaken nagato should have the outer path ( chains ) too and since more than half of tobis power is in his tailed beasts then this tech alone can change the tide of this battle.

this is not easy to decide nagato has chibaku tensei too u know and his sommuns are powerful and what if he can absorb the TBB?
he was able too easily absorb rasenshuriken and this time its not like " kill the one with the chakra absorb power and its done" because its nagato himself not 6 pains.
