who do you think would win a battle.i think tobi is going to win because madara isin't fast enough to counter tobi's S/t jutsu and until now he hasn't shown a good intellgence level to make plan like minato so i belive if tobi and madara were to fight tobi wud win with midd diff.

I believe Tobi would. Pure speed can't escape his s/t tech ability when he starts the process of sucking him in. Madara hasn't shown a S/T tech to even counter Tobi. Tobi is probably the best sensor in Naruto. He has shown the ability to warp to anyone, from any distance. Evidence is him warping to Minato, Sasuke and Konan. Oh, yeah, and all three were from farrrrrrr away distances.

It depends. Without knowledge, Tobi takes this. With knowledge, Madara is the more likely winner simply because Tobi's S/T ninjutsu can be countered by a casual Shinra Tensei. Mokuton, 25 Susanoo clones and Madara himself could very well be capable of exhausting Tobi's 5 minute intangibility cap. But of course, with Gedo Mazo and his Edo Jinchuurikis, Tobi will be asking Madara plenty of questions. Leaning towards Tobi, 7 times out of 10.

tobi showed a nice new jutsu this week. i wonder if his barrier could stop perfect susano slash. it seems to burn anything that hits it.
without knowledge its virtually impossible to survive for very long. if tobi has edo jins then madaras shown no seals and loses automatically because of that.

Mokuton, 25 Susanoo clones and Madara himself could very well be capable of exhausting Tobi's 5 minute intangibility cap.

unless they continually attack him then no. and tobi might get tired of phasing and walk right out of there. nothing can stop him. and then he starts the long process of beating down the clones. or bypassing all of them, if his barrier works like the sound 4's one.
