Well Kyuubi and Hachibi can easily counter the other 6 Bijuu.

So that makes it Madara vs Tobi. Madara wins.

madara will take 3 tailed beasts , kyuubi solos them , hachibi solos 5 of them , the question lies within how tobi can use the rinnegan and if he has MS and / or EMS , if he is as good as nagato at usin rinnegan techniques aside 6 paths , then he could take it , but i think this is very unlikely
