Tobi vs Konan

In the fight Tobi uses the izanagi to survive but obviously the cost is the eye thats used. I dont think tobi had a left eye after giving it to Kakashi and only had the right one, so how was he able to see or retrieve Nagato's Rinnegan and obtain another sharingan eye that had his special dojutsu?

I haven't watched the show in years I've only played the game so I might be missing something.

Because he collected all the Sharingan from the Uchiha Massacre. So he just has dozens sitting around as replacements.

He had replaced the eye he lost with a Sharingan he had gotten his hands on (probably from the Uchiha massacre), to use in situations exactly like this, where nothing else was possible.
