I think there are ways around Tobi's S/T Jutsu and Tobi IS mortal..ish. Edo Madara CAN be sealed but has limitless (I assume) chakra reserves because of his immortality status..

I don't think Madara has/knows about Gedo Maza. Let's assume he doesn't, and also assume Tobi doesn't have Mokuton either..
p.s. anyone correct me if Tobi uses Mokuton, I simply don't recall him doing so.

While it's a known fact that he does have Hashi's blood, it has yet to be proven that he has Hashi's abilities as well, thus it shouldn't be assumed so (given the context or terms of battle). We can safely assume what techs they DONT have (because we know what techs they DO), but can't assume what techs they DO posses (via speculation)..

I say Tobi if you mean that Madara has to also go up against the tailed beasts that are under his control.
If Madara can wrest a few from Tobi's control, which isn't unlikely at all considering who he is, then Madara would win.
Now if we don't truly count on Tobi having the Jinchuuriki, then Madara easily wins.
Remember, we cannot assume that Tobi has total control of the Jinchuuriki. If Kabuto releases Edo Tensei, will they crumble?
If Tobi has Jinchuuriki, then Tobi likely wins.
Without Jinchuuriki, Tobi definitely loses. Madara is pretty much the best solo fighter out there to be taking on all five Kage and be toying with them.
After a few hits, I would assume a man with Madara's fighting experience would figure out how to get Tobi to become tangible, and he's used clones to dupe his enemies.

If Edo Madara could figure out how to attack Tobi at the right time....Madara ftw.....Tobi and his Gedo Mazo won't do s**t....Madara can take control of the Bijuus....he could maybe crush the Gedo Mazo with the meteoroid...idk

Currently Tobi can't use his bijuus, but still has gedo on his side. Hmm... tough one.

I'm still leanin on Edo Madara for the win. high (maybe extreme) difficulty tho. Tobi is a sneaky sneaky smart sob. matter of fact, it wouldn't surprise me if he did come out on top (also with high-extreme difficulty).. OPINION: IT WOULD BE THE MOST EPIC BATTLE IN THE NARUTOVERSE!
