Madara who is Edo and is not holding back
fight takes place in a forest

I humbly volunteer that Tobi would win...
His bijuus will make short work of all mokuton and Susanoo using clones with their TBBs.
He can then use these bijuus to distract the perfest Susanoo while he himself would be able to simply get behind Madara even while Madara is in Susanoo and use one of those large shuriken on his head, destroying his eyes(he can absorb it as it is a real weapon). He would then be able to supress his power with one of those stakes tie him up with the chains.
