It was proven that obtaining the MS doesn't require skill... All it requires is the death of your best friend. During that war, Obito came close to thinking he lost both Kakashi and Rin because of his weakness and then to top it off, his own life was put on the line. There is a chance that Obito's MS could have been unlocked for just a brief moment, just like Sasuke unlocked MS for a brief moment when he was a child with 2 tomoe sharingan while he fought Naruto in the Valley of the End.

well Obito did awaken 2 tomoes straight away when he awakened his sharingan so its not completely impossible that he awakened the MS

I am not denying anything. Only the theory that he awakened the MS the same day. Sorry not happening. Obito was a stupid ninja and had a hell of time in awakening 2 tomoe sharingan. So, no its impossible. Its like saying the ramen guy is s06p. And the sad thing is, ramen guy theory was made as a joke and you guys are serious on this same day MS.

Obito graduates the academy at 9 and is promoted to Chuunin at 11. Sasuke didn't graduate the academy until he was 12. Obito was exceptional with the use of fire release, but his clan grants him that. How in the hell was Obito stupid? His first Sharingan activation was 2nd Tomoe, you've never even seen him with 1 Tomoe.

He activated 2nd Tomoe his first use, if he can skip to 2 Tomoes and only 2 stages stand between 2nd Tomoe and Mangekyou, how can you deny it's possible? Another thing is, Tobi doesn't even use Mangekyou Sharingan to use his Space-Time and it's completely plausible his body was swiped into another dimension before completely being crushed.
