While this may not be the case I do feel Tobi has some connection to kakashi somehow from the reaction kakashi is giving and the fact that Tobi seems to be speaking directly at him during some points during the fight.

Maybe Tobi is Rin TROLOLO. Rin has an "i" in the name and Tobi has an "i" too, so maybe it's an anagram if you add Tob to Rin and remove Rn, you get Tobi.

that also sounds logical and would tie in all the hatred towards the leaf, uchiha and war in general.

I’m pretty sure when Kakashi tried to use Kamui on Mazou and it didn’t work and he said “Don’t tell me”, he meant that Tobi had used Obito’s right eye to revert Kakashi’s Kamui with another Kamui.

That’s why Tobi can teleport, and that’s the reason he said “Don even try Kakashi” then he was about to use Kamui on Tobi after the fight between Sasuke and Naruto, because both of them have the same eyes from Obito.

(This doesn't mean he is Obito, just he has his right eye, and Kakashi has the left one)

Why does EVERYONE seem to forget that each Sharingan has a completely DIFFERENT jutsu in each eye? As in, since Kakashi has Obito's LEFT eye and that eye uses Kamui, Obito's RIGHT eye would have NOTHING TO DO WITH KAMUI AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE KAMUI IN ANY WAY. God DAMN. Amaterasu is in one eye, Tsukiyomi is in another. Each eye has DIFFERENT JUTSU. SO even if Tobi had Obito's right eye(which he doesn't) it wouldn't have Kamui.
