yep gedo didnt vanished and i can gedo in the pic if u look close and i think tobi vanish than come back to the battlefield or mayb kakasi's kamui vanish by tobi time/space

what i find to be much more probable is that his war fan had a thread(possibly a chain) in it.

in this picture you can clearly see there is a black thread on his war fan.

and on this one you can see he can use that to throw

It is know that whatever tobi touches he can bring to a different dimension or intangible. In order to save the gedo meza he throws the war fan at it and connects with it in order to make it intangible so kakashi cant use kamui.

gedo mazo is in the panel with kakashi then we have a panel with tobi using his jutsu..

tobi could have warped himself and then attacked naruto or if i am right he warped himself and the gedo mazo

i observed the similarity in kakashi's kamui and tobi MS jutsu on their first meeting. i strongly believe that tobi is uchiha obito
