seems to me that Tobi was able to negate, and when Kakashi says "don't tell me..." it's because he realizes that Tobi has a similar sharingan to his, namely Obito's. I know that Obito's body was crushed, but we have seen Tobi using Zetsu to create new body parts, and when we see Tobi fight the 4th, his left side of his body (the same part that Obito had crushed) is the part that begins oozing like a white Zetsu. I'm not saying that Tobi is Obito, I still believe that Tobi is either Izuna or a part of Madara that was carrying his will, and needed a sharingan to become whole again, hence where Obito's crushed body comes in. Up until then, Konoha had done a pretty good job keeping all of their deceased doujustu users within the confines of Konoha (as is apparent by the mass build up of sharingans on danzo's arm). If they never recovered the rest of Obito's body, it wouldn't surprise me if Orochimaru was able to scoop him up and recreate Obito to be a vessel for whoever the real Tobi is. Plus, if you change the kanji around in Obito (Obi + To) you get Tobi (to + obi). This would also explain why Tobi knew characteristics of Kakashi and Gai, for he would have the memories that Obito had before he died.

Tobi and Kakashi's time/space jutsu and Kamui look pretty similar... don't they? It would make sense that Tobi could counter Kakashi's Kamui with Obito's other sharingan. I think that's what Kakashi realizes when he says "don't tell me..." it is also possible that the appearance of Tobi/Obito would change due to whatever experiments Orochimaru was performing. Oro was a member of Akatsuki, and he left just before Tobi came back in (even though he claims he was the reason Akatsuki formed in the first place.) This is probably due to the fact that Tobi used some sort of body switching technique, similar to the one Oro uses. I think in the next few chapters, we will be seeing how much Tobi and Orochimaru are connected. Tobi does attack Kabuto at first, so he too must hold some sort of grudge other than Oro abandoning Akatsuki, could be the Obito in him ticked that he's being manipulated. Obito was never resurrected in the war too, i was thinking that would have been a good emotional tool against Kakashi... for that matter, other than Madara and Itachi, there weren't really many sharingan users resurrected in this war... given how well the 2 that were resurrected did (sure Itachi kinda backfired...) don't you think more Uchiha would have been used? And furthermore, when you resurrect an Uchiha, would you get them before they had their eyes scooped out?

tobi disappeared. not the fking statue...the statue was 2 damn pages before the disappearance of tobi anyways. holy sht.... the issue of gedo being kamui'd was resolved waaaay before tobi warped himself to get after naruto.... thats why the next page shows naruto focusing on the hate or w/e he focuses on to find out where tobi is going to be...

But seriously, the "he disappeared" folk here.. Page 13, Naruto is shooting Kyuubi arm upward towards Tobi, Page 14, "He disappeared!" and Naruto looks dejected, then surprise! Page 15, Tobi is beneath Naruto.

Seemed fairly obvious it was referring to Tobi and not the Gedo.

Sigh, another one of alexu's stupid threads. Seriously, I can't comprehend how dumb you are. You can CLEARLY see that AFTER the Kamui stopped, the Gedo statue is still there in the bottom right panel. Let me put it in order for you.

1. Kakashi used Kamui on Gedo's face.
2. You see the Kamui stop.
3. Gedo is still there in the background screaming in the bottom right panel.
4. Naruto is sending his Kyuubi Chakra arm to attack Tobi, who is in the middle of all the rocks.
5. Then is shows Tobi vanished and dodged Naruto's Chakra arm.
6. One panel shows the rocks where Tobi used to be, it is NOT where Gedo was
7. Then you see Naruto using his evil sensing technique to find Tobi.
8. Tobi comes back to try to attack Naruto, but Naruto dodged because he can sense Tobi's evil intent.

Nowhere does it show the Gedo statue disappear. All it shows is the rocks where Tobi was standing, and then it shows Tobi disappearing from those rocks to dodge Naruto's attack. It even shows Gedo in the background in the panel, NO WHERE NEAR THE ROCKS THAT TOBI DISAPPEARED FROM.

I don't know why people think that Gedo Mazo disappeared. It was Tobi that vanished and then surprise attacked Naruto. That is why Naruto closed his eyes sensing.

Okay, listen up. Here's my theory..TOBI = OBITO . First, tobi did not use kakashi kamui to send gedo away! "He vanished?" I believe they were referring that to Tobi then naruto goes in his mode where he tries to sense his chakra "nature?" in his current state..As they mention before for sharigan users..the users own eyes wont against the owner..so im assuming thats the only reason why it failed to work because its casting on its original owner jutsu..ahhhh =)) Now this is where kakashi figure out whos behind the mask " Don't Tell me.." he knows how the sharigan works..and tobi also once reminded kakashi that kakashis sharingan "obitos eyes" won't work against him...so = ))) fill in the gaps... did you guys notice how many times tobi lost his one side of the arm..? i counted twice..and im assuming he used zetsu ability to replace his damage body part..and as in the episode it shows one side of tobi arm as the color "white" as one side of zetsu is XD..i believe obito lives through zetsu..
