but then why would izuna lie and say he is madara even if to inspire fear his name should carry almost as much weight as it was said they were equals in every way also why not just implant the rennigan into himself why put them in nagato and have to wait years for him to grow up and then have the plan fail anyway. and i thought the rennigan could only bring back recently deceased people (correct me if I'm wrong idk)

1) Probably because Madara's name carries more weight.
2) If he used it to bring back Madara, he probably would have died.
3) It could be that if people use a foreign Rinnegan, it puts more strain on them and they can't use it to the best it can be, just like Kakashi and his Sharingan. Nagato used up his chakra to bring back many people who died recently. You can probably bring back a single person who died long ago with enough chakra.

sounds good except for the last part cause the rennigan only brings back the soul it doesn't regenerate the body which is why kakashi and some of the shin obi who fought where still injured after nagato brought them back so wouldn't izunas body be decayed.

That would explain the zetsu juice that comes out of Tobi when he is hit. Zetsu is made from Hashi's cells, which have the ability to create life with chakra, mokuton. They could have stabilized Izuna's decaying body.

Sigh no, that's not how it goes, Setsuna already wanted to overthrow the leaf, and make uchiha the ruling clan of the world, but then his planned failed adn he lost support, then he continued to plan and form the akatsuki and following the death of his son he launched a solo attack.

Btw there is this thing called the principle of charity, if an argument sounds too far fetched and stupid you probably misunderstood it, and you should go for the least far fetched option.


His massacre of the uchiha clan was probably to prevent uchiha with the level of talent and skill as Shisui from rising up to fight him, or other uchiha activating the mangekyo, also it was probably partly for revenge, he would kill them and possibly reform the clan as the ruling clan of the shinobi world or simply take over the world himself as one single uchiha, either way the uchiha would have some form of glory.

It is also entirely possible for a man who has lost his son to hate the world, and if he has the means to destroy the world and his anger is not eased he may very well do so.

For some reason i think he is some secret apprentice of Madara´s, just makes more sense in my opinion, and when madara "died" he took it upon himself to complete madara´s plans
