I couldn't tell ya...but I am gonna continue my search for true accuracy....infomation can be misinterp and mislead, and the truth pops up last minute...

im pretty sure there isn't a namikaze clan kishi would have said something about it by now.

Then how would you explain Minato's last name?? You last name says what clan you're from....duh

idk. It seems to me like minato wouldve recognized tobi's S/T jutsu as being from his own clan if that were true

Maybe all S-T users have different ways of using them....like the uchihas' Tsukyomi...they're all different...

Naruto man and in no page does it says Minato hails from the Namikaze clan, not everylast name has a clan, take Kakashi or Gai or Gaara or Kabuto

I have solved the "who is Tobi mystery"................alot of people already knew the answer but there reasoning was flawed. Tobi is Madara. Follow me, madara fought Onki and Muu in the past, i theorize that during that battle Muu used his splitting technique and marada copied it with his eyes. Hence the reason why tobi said he is a shadow of his former strength or self can't rememeber which one it was, when he declared war at the 5 kage summit. Think about it.

Gaara doesn't have a last name because he was only to be a weapon for the the Sand Village....but he's called Gaara of the Desert.

Tsunade's last name is Senju, but when you add a surname like "Princess" - hime, the last name is not needed....have a nice day...:scorps:

Your theory is nothing that I've never heard...If there is an Edo Madara....meaning that he's DED....yes I spelled that like that on purpose...that means DEAD END DEAD...no end to coming back....

I've been thinking about this for quite a few months now....and I've seen all the theories of who Tobi is and why. Some of you came up with rather great ideas, others not so much...Even I have a couple of who it might be and this just adds on to it.

We all see Tobi as an Uchiha, through his use of the Sharingan. BUT he has yet to actually use a genjutsu tech. The only tech we've seen him use was Izanagi against Konan.

Ok, here's the juicy part. Throughout my research of various sites I came across the different clans. One being the Namikaze....Minato being the first that I've seen from it, but they were known for being the Space-Time Users.

Curiousity got the better of me, thinking that if they were S-T users, could Tobi also be one......seen the battle at the Valley of the end undetected through manipulation of time and space and saw the outcome, thus the actual Madara being dead, shown as we see now as an Edo.

That site also says that the Namikaze are closely tied with the Uchiha and Senju. Now anyone knows that if you're closely tied to any particular bloodline, you're likely to have some sort of birth "defect" of that certain clan. Well since the Namikaze being so closely tied, who's to say that one was born with the Sharingan, and able to use S-T warping jutsu since we haven't seen him use any...we only assume. It could be another type of jutsu he uses to take over the fox. What is it....we don't know...

For those that have a brain and refuse to use them, CLAN=FAMILY, you don't have to big in a super big famous clan....Sakura was originally a genjutsu user since she has great chakra control....when was the last time you seen her use genjutsu....so stop with all the bashing. The reason why his last name is Uzimaki and not namikaze is because the fourth didn't want it be known that he's the son of the Hokage cuz he'd be a target...

How do you know that's how he learned it? There's no description on how he learned it...only is known how he applied it...we all know his seal is entied to Kushina's seal of the fox, that's how he was able to appear to her as fast as he did? So where are you getting information that it's not fact? All I gave was a theory....and I can give you the hell list of sites I've been through seperating fact and fiction....so you're not REAL authority on what's fact and fiction anymore than they are since you didn't create the manga now are you...
