obito and shisui do look alot alike..

Tobi having the same abilities as both of them seems plausible father..could be what he means by stating "I am a shell of my former self" because he lost both his sons, and he seemed to have something against Kakashi when he first stopped being Tobi(goofy) in the woods vs Konoha 11..teleporting away while looking at Kakashi "I'll deal with you later.." cuz Kakashi has Obito's eye..

Seems legit..+rep yet again..stop making such solid theorys bro..

Need more evidence than what you show Uchiha clan members can have their own battle attire and civilian attire that tell others I am a Uchiha so can't go by clothing and some clan members do not have to be so close in relationship to have similar powers and abilities,a gene can skip a brother yet come up in 3rd or 4th cousin.

I think the evidence in your theory is shaky. It's plausible, but seems unlikely.

Look, this is a theory not fact, there is no way i will be 100% correct on this especially with the little info i have from the manga.

I remember it stating in the Manga that they were best friends, I don't think they were actually related, as I recall you gain the MS by killing your best friend as explained in the Manga, and we all know this is how Itachi gained his MS.

Oooooh so, Tobi reveals himself as Obito and Shisui's father...maybe only one of them is his son...maybe Obito? Maybe Shisui? Meaning they aren't brothers..maybe cousins? Anyways, maybe Tobi wants Sasuke so that he can put his dead son's (Obito or Shisui) soul/mind/spirit into his body (vessel) and bring him back? Maybe that why Sasuke needs to link up with the Gedo ? To transfer all this into Sasuke? Itachi won't stand for that shiiiiiiii! And neither will Fugaku, as he will reveal himself to save his son!!! Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

I don´t know what you´re talking about but those 3 people that visited itachi said he looked up to shisui as an older brother and sasuke gained his ms because of the death of his brother, shisui might have unlocked it for the same reason having lost obito and kakashi unlocked his because he felt like it was his fault obito died, putting the blame on himself.
And itachi probably got his ms from shisui dying, i don´t think he killed him but seeing his "brother" die made him gain ms aswell.

hmmm this might be off topic but wanted to respond to the body flicker/ teleportation techniques.... naruto last name was only uzumaki because the elders did not want the village to know that he was the 4th son.... his last name is ..i forgot but it's the same as kakashi as well. That clan specializes in space/time jutsu so im wondering ... if naruto can surpass his pops in those types of techniques?

I made the same theory a few months ago. Although I also added that Kagami could possibly be their father. And more importantly I added that their Mangekyo Sharingans "fit" each other perfectly to make EMS

You see, each MS so far has a black dot in the center of it or an open red circle:

-Madara, Sasuke, and Shisui have black dots in the center of their MS
-Izuna, Itachi, and Kakashi (Obito) have open red circles in the center of their MS

So if one brother has the opposite MS of the other brother (Open red circle or black dot), their MS "fits" together and makes EMS. So considering that possible bit of evidence, Shisui and Obito could in fact be brothers. Although that would open up a whole new can of worms if it was true......
