No...he is not an Edo. That is stupid as shit. His arm didn't regenerate in Konan's fight, nor did his hand in Minato's fight. And no it has nothing to do with being an imperfect Edo. That doesn't mean shit. If you read the manga, and Edo is made of dirt and dust that forms itself around the living body you have to use to take the shape of the dead person you revive. Therefore that is why an Edo regenerates. The dust/dirt simply forms back together into the body part that was destroyed in a battle. The "perfected" Edo Kabuto said Orochimaru made was simply the Edo having their full power and all their abilities like when they were alive.
Anyway, that DID NOT happen to Tobi. Therefore Tobi is NOT AN EDO. HE IS NOT MADE OF DIRT/DUST.

Shisui was known to be the same age as Itachi. You haven't countered ANYTHING I have said and haven't shown a link but used the "Japan" card like everyone else. How could Obito or Shisui have the rinnegan to pass to Nagato, when Nagato is older than him? So Shisui or Obito start the Akatsuki when they were young and convinced Yahiko when he is Amegakure? It is funny how people can bleat "Well they said this is Japan" but cannot a link to back up what they are saying. Until you show a link on a Website. I have a hard time believing what you are saying
I want you to show me a link where Kishi says he reads the Fans Comment and decides what he does, because of what his Fans. Show me an interview where he says this.

Interesting idea but no. Obviously he has a fear of death so he isn't an immortal edo. I'm not so sure Orochimaru's version of it is that much different from when Tobirama invented it.

A noter lame thread again All Edo have a look to them that tells you right off its a Edo, Tobi dose not have that, Tobi also recuperates from attacks quiet and totally different from an Edo. Till Kabuto showed up Tobi had never seen an Edo.

I am actually convinced Tobi is Zetsu, and that zetsu has been harvesting all necessary dna and eyes/abilities in order to preserve the livelihood of Madara Uchiha. If you notice, every time Madaras arm is ripped off, it has zetsu goop.
When Madara said he was a nobody to Naruto I believe he was telling the truth.

This theory doesn't explain how the newly resurrected Madara knew about Nagato's abilities, even though he wasn't alive while Nagato was.

Maybe meaningless but he is still somebody, I doubt that tobi is the elder son of the sage of six paths for the reasons mentioned in the original post. He is most likely Kagami Uchiha
