Nice points +Rep.. I think Tobi is a Non Uchiha.. Hence all these pain. He was pretending to be Madara.. No doubt he is a strong Shinobi.. I strongly doubt if moon eye plan is his real motive..

I think you are correct.

I don't think that Tobi is of Uchiha descent. He seems to have manipulated the Sharingan somehow,perhaps as he has Hashirama's cells. But he can use Izanagi over n over which isn't normal. Another good point about the Rinnegan. I think he is none Uchiha and has been taking the eyes so that he can keep using them over and over.

Mix Uchiha & Senju and you have a very powerful Shinobi, Uchiha or not. All he needs are the eyes and Hashirama's cells.

What you said may be right. But he could also be like Itachi, who always has his Sharingan on. And for the rinnegan, he probably never awakened it. He may be a normal Uchiha

Maybe, but Itachi only started that after he killed his clan, but before that, they were turned off (when he was playing with sasuke and even when he was training), but i don't know...but I've been thinking about this and now waiting for the new chapter to see what's going on xd

Seems pretty legit, I still think it may be obito in body atleast. If you look at his main eye powers there very similar to kakashi's but i guess we'll just hafta wait and find out.

It sounds okay but you have to remember that:

Itachi had trained so much with his eyes that he had reached the stage where he could have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time, with minimal drain on his chakra levels.

SO maybe Tobi has trained extensively that he can do the same. We don't know yet about Tobi so we can't say for certain he can or cannot.

1. He is a master with his sharingan so he doesn't need to turn it off and wants some line of defense, plus his space\time technique is his eye technique so no sharingan no teleporting.
2. Konan surprised him and it would of been too late to use a MS technique anyway. He mostly fell within a couple seconds and one hand seals activates all the bombs, it wouldn't be avoidable even with a MS unless he had something like yata mirror even then it's Iffy.
3. You most likely need a EMS before you can activate a rinnengan, which there is only two to date (that we know of) and that's madara's and sasuke's. Sasuke is to good of a pawn to steal his eyes when he can just take nagato's with less of a hassle.

So the first point just makes him a powerful uchiha if he's like itachi when it comes to sharingan mastery, the second point is because he wouldn't of had enough time and the third point is because he doesn't have a EMS.

Because the sharingan that was implanted didn't belong to a family member he ended up with a sharingan he couldn't turn off, just like Kakashi and Danzo.
