Did you read my posts? I said they they are similar because they both manipulate space time with their eyes but that's about it...

You also actually proved my point. To warp something in another dimension Tobi has to touch them. But to phase through or absorb an attack he does not need to do that...

Anyways, I never said they were completely different. I just said the correlation of Tobi and Kakashi being Senju's because of their space time related techniques is ludicrous.

Tobi and Kakashi utilize their sharingan. My earlier post states why I believe tobi doesn't need to be touching anything to make the transfer happen.

You think they are the same that's your opinion... Tobi being an Uchiha makes the most sense to me, and you are just proving my point Tobi needs to touch to warp someone or something.


Oh i guess Shisui is not an Uchiha either since his MS had Kotoamatsukami instead of Tsukuyomi, and Amaterasu... Not every Uchiha MS has those techniques. That just applies to itachi and Sasuke.

At some point, Tobi would HAVE to cover his sharingan if he were a non uchiha. Every non uchiha with sharingan or even non hyuuga with byakugan, had a cloth , headband or eye to keep their eye covered while Tobi had nothing.

And no non uchiha can be fathomed to control the Kyuubi with sharingan plus activate a power of the sharingan(teleportation) which even pure blood uchihas failed to do

Tobi does not cover his because of the constant need to be ready to activate it is what i was trying to state. All sharingan are uncovered when being activated. And the byuakugan really doesn't matter here but it sees and senses charkra, covering it as Ao always did was to hid the physical apprearance of it.

The power of the MS is what controls the Kyuubi. Should it matter the wielder?

Cool. I agree, Tobi is the enemy of the Senju. An Uchiha out to accomplish the mission Madara could not. Infinite Tsukiyomi.

I just wonder why we never see his sharingan deactivated.

Naruto is an Uzumaki, but that does NOT mean that he is decended from Mito, only that Him and Mito are from the same clan...

Mito married Hashirama....their KIDS would have senju DNA, and THEIR KIDS KIDS would have senju DNA (That would be Tsunade because she is Mito and Hashiramas Granddaughter)

Naruto is NOT Mito uzumakis grandson, or great grandson....so he has NONE of hashiramas "blood" in him... Only Hashiramas kids and grandkids and so on can have his DNA....

When Kushina arrives at Konoha for the first time Mito was an old grandma.

Meaning she can't be her mother or grandmother...

A Tobi Theory

So this is something i came up with. i dont believe it nor do I think it holds any water but it is something to think about.

Tobi is a good guy, he (and maybe Itachi) devised a plan to start a crazy war in order to Unite the major villages and bring peace.

Itd probly be a pretty crappy way to end the series.

Thats it pretty much, im not going to go into much more depth. Any thoughts.

Tobi may be a better guy than Madara or Orachimaru were.. He was a way of dealing things in a better manner than those two.. Hence what you are saying may be true.. but i am not convinced. He will be in the opposide side of Naruto till the end.

What he's aiming to do is a good thing. He wants the world to be a peaceful place but understands that as long as there are men there won't be. This ideal is held by many irl a cynical view though. Greed, power and the desire for more is innate in all of us otherwise communism would have actually worked lol He's creating peace by stripping us of our free will BUT that's what everybody has a problem with. He's not a lunatic just an extremist

Not your average Tobi thread.

Well I had a pretty strange idea the other day about who Tobi is.

Looking at some of the stuff that Tobi has done, and some of the stuff he has said, I am starting to think that Tobi is a failed clone of Hashirama. He isn't Madara, so how would he have gotten Hashirama's DNA? He has it because he is able to use Izanagi.

This might also explain why he thinks that he would be able to control the jubi well enough to be its host, because he said to Danzo "The powers of the Uchiha and Hashirama, with them you can control the 9-tails" He said with "them" so that must mean both.

Anyway it might possibly explain why he has all the knowledge Madara would, and why he is like Zetsu. It would also explain why he can't turn off his sharingan like an Uchiha.

I don't see how else he would have Hashirama's DNA, since Zetsu isn't technically Hashirama and doesn't have mokuton like him.

Consider that directly after Madara tricked Hashi into thinking he had won, Madara would probably have to lay low for a while, so what was he doing all that time? Probably experimenting with Hashi's DNA, we know he implanted it into his self and has used mokuton at least once, so it sort of makes sense to me that he would do this. (By the way why are all of the villains weird surgeon/scientists who are made up of other people and their abilities?)


Anyway let me know what you think. This is an alternative to Tobi =Zetsu, since I think Tobi came before Zetsu and was kind of a precursor to him.
